1) How Do I Get To Turkey
From May 1 through until October 31, regular charter flights from the UK to Dalaman are on hand. Limited winter charter flights to and from Dalaman are flown by Thomas Cook and Easy Jet In addition to the above, during the winter season, scheduled flights are undertaken to Antalya by Turkish/Cyprus Airlines
2) Do I Require a Visa
Visitors visas are obtained on arrival at Dalaman, the 2009 value of the visa being GBP10 and are valid for 90 days
3) How Do I get From Dalaman Airport To Our Sunset Beach Apartment
The time taken to drive to Calis Beach, is just 45 minutes Car hire transfers from the airport to the Calis and return can be arranged in advance, we can personally recommend our ‘Prestige Agency for an unfailing and expedient service (for ease of mind and reconfirmation, you can text them from the UK airport before departure)
4) What Is The Cost From Dalaman Airport To Our Beach Apartment
The cost for transfers to and from Dalaman airport, depends on the number of passengers and is approximately £75 return for four guests and £90 for a minibus carrying eight (please note that ongoing variable factors decide the actual costs, and that the figures quoted above are based on experiences during 2009)
5) How Do I Receive the Keys For Our Apartment
If airport transfers are undertaken by our recommended Agency, the apartment keys will be handed over to you on your airport arrival, otherwise they will be made available on arrival at the Apartment Beach Club
6) What Happens When We Reach Our Apartment
On arrival, you will acknowledge an inventory list and ensure all appliances function Additionally you can pre-order a welcome pack. A standard pack consisting of bread, jam selection, milk, sugar, tea, coffee and water is GBP20. If desired, the additional extras below will be purchased for you at base cost Please E-mail your requirements two weeks in advance

7) What Happens if We Require Help During Our Stay
You will find a Property User’s Manual’ for your use, which will include useful information about the apartment and the surrounding area Should you require additional advice, a day contact number will be available to you
8) What Happens On Departure
If airport transfers are undertaken by the ‘Orange’ Agency, you will hand over the apartment keys to them, otherwise you will deposit them with our representative within the Sunset Complex Management When you have signed the inventory clearance and deposited the apartment keys, your security balance will be returned to you within two working weeks with thanks.
9) What Are The Facilities Available Within The Sunset Beach Club
You and your family will find the following:
Beach and Sun Loungers Gymnasium & Sauna Indoor Heated Pool Outdoor and Kiddies Pools Poolside Bars Kiddies Play Park Area Provisions Shop 24 hour Security Off road Car Parking (car hire is not essential)
